We performed lion dance at the Botanical Garden on behalf of the Chinese embassy for their Chinese Cultural Performance Week event. We also held a small workshop for all the children in the audience. A fun and great experience for everyone!

April 2, 2012: A group of high school students from Vermont visited the Montreal Chinese Community and Cultural Center to learn about the Chinese culture. We performed the lion dance for this occasion and taught the students about the history of lion dance. We also taught them the basics of lion dancing, and some of them tried out the lion heads.
We were invited by Arashi Daiko to perform lion dance at their Benefit Concert for Japan. We are proud to have collaborated with the Montreal Japanese Cultural Center and Arashi Daiko.
